The LexisPSL Pensions team is led by Darren Becker, a pensions specialist formerly of Linklaters and Pinsent Masons. As a practitioner, Darren advised companies and trustees on a wide range of pensions legal issues including interpretation of pensions legislation, amendment of scheme documentation, restructuring of benefits, merger of schemes, and trustee liability and insurance. Darren is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and an associate member of the Pensions Management Institute, for which he holds diplomas in Advanced Retirement Provision and International Employee Benefits.

Helen joined LexisNexis after practising pensions law at Speechly Bircham and before that, Slaughter and May where she trained. She has extensive experience in a vast array of pension issues, including scheme closures, pension aspects of corporate transactions and public procurement, scheme governance issues and Pension Ombudsman complaints. Helen is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
